Kia ora koutou,
The last few weeks have been a feast of wonderful performances.
Congratulations to Room 9 for their entertaining and polished performance of Tattybogle on Monday this week. It's wonderful to see what our young people are capable of when we set the bar high.
The year and 5 speech finals were held on Friday last week. Congratulations to our winner Poppy Gallagher (1st Place) for her speech titled 'plastic, plastic, plastic. What should we do?' Well done also to Matthew Dennison (2nd place) and George Spooner (3rd place).
And congratulations wouldn't be complete without giving a huge shout out to our wonderful PTA for organising a hugely successful quiz night. It was a fabulous evening and we are delighted with the record amount of funds raised. Thank you to all of you for supporting this event.
A reminder that school is finishing at 12.30pm next Wednesday for parent teacher conferences. Please check the 'Dates to remember' information to find out well in advance about what is happening between now and the end of the year.
Enjoy the rest of your week and remember to place your sausage order for Thursday on the DPS online shop.
Naku noa,
Melinda
