On Tuesday, 14th October, Jasper in Room 2 took part in the final Primary School's competition at SnowPlanet. He achieved the following results:

Year 0-2 SNB Slalom Race- 2nd Place

Year 0-4 SNB Slopestyle - 1st Place

Competitors were then ranked individually based on the four competitions run over the year ( March, May, Aug and Oct), and Jasper placed:

Year 0-2 SNB Slalom Race - 2nd Place

Year 0-4 SNB Slopesyle - 2nd Place ( 1st Y0-2)

This is a wonderful achievement, and we pass on our huge congratulations to him.

On the 1st November, Jasper also came 2nd in a 365 Snowboard race for Under 8 Boys.

Skiing:

Austin from Room 30 also competed on the 1st Nov and came 3rd in the ski race for Under 10 Boys - congratulations.

WORLD FAMOUS IN BBS - Tag

Lucas (Room 20) was selected in the U10 Harbour Ravens (Black) team for the 2025 Tag New Zealand Association Tag Nationals. His team were undefeated over the 3 days of competition and went on to win the grand final 11-0, bringing home the gold. A great result for the team! Lucas played incredibly well and received the MVP award. We are very proud of his achievements.

WORLD FAMOUS IN BBS - Cheerleading

Gabriel from Room 19 has competed in cheerleading in five competitions at Junior Level 2, including an international event on the Gold Coast in October, and his team won all five!

They wrapped up the season last week at the Cheerleading Supernationals, where they not only won their category but also got Grand Champions, meaning they had the top scores across all Junior and Senior teams. They even got invited to compete in Hawaii next year.

Now he’s training for end-of-year trials, hoping to make it into a new team — and maybe, the Worlds team!

Unfortunately, his sister Antonia (Year 6) was injured and could not compete with her team in the Gold Coast competition; however, she has already been selected for the Worlds team, so both of them could get to represent New Zealand together. Exciting times ahead and we look forward to hearing how they both get on in the future events.
