Super Cluster Netball

On Thursday, 14th August, we sent one Year 5 and one Year 6 Netball team to the Super Cluster Netball Tournament. It was a great day out for the teams. Both teams played 5 games with great sportsmanship and enthusiasm. Well done to the Year 6 team, who came 5th and huge congratulations to our Year 5 team, who came 3rd. A huge thank you to the parents who coached and supported on the day.

Sports Assembly ( Netball & Hockey)

Well done to all the Winter sports teams who have just finished or are finishing up their season this weekend. We will be holding a Sports Assembly at 10am on Friday 10th October (Term 4 Week 1) to recognise all of the Netball and Hockey teams, along with their coaches and managers. So please put this date into your calendar!

SnowSports

Austin Liu competed in the North Island Primary & Intermediate School Champs from the 23rd to the 27th August. He achieved 3rd place in the Year 3–4 GS race on the first day and 2nd place in the Year 3–4 Dual race on the second day. Schools are placed by combining the top 4 competitors' scores from each school. Although Austin was our only competitor and had no one to combine scores with, his results alone placed BBS as 9th School out of 23! Congratulations and well done on such a great achievement.
