2026 SPLASH POLO YEAR 4 to 6

SEMESTER 1 (TERMS 1 & 2) 2026

Games are played on Sundays, between 1pm - 7pm, at the AUT Millennium Pool.

 First games will commence possibly Sunday 22nd February(TBC) and the last game for Term 1 will be Sunday 29th March. Term 2 dates TBC.


No gear is required, apart from their own swimming togs. 


All children must be able to swim 25m Freestyle, be confident on their back and are confident in 1.2- 1.3m depth of water.



Here are the Splash Polo Guidelines for Semester 1 (Terms 1 & 2)

  • Commitment to play Semester 1 (both Terms 1 and 2).

  • Teams must have a minimum of 8 players to enter the competition. 

  • If possible, each team will carry a maximum of 10 players.  This is to ensure that children get as much game time as possible. 

  • All children must be able to swim 25m Freestyle, be confident on their back and are confident in 1.2 - 1.3m depth of water.

  • The registration form must be completed before the cut-off - 9am Wednesday 11th February.

  • Late registrations will result in your child being placed on a waiting list if all teams are full. They will only be placed in a team if there is space available.

  • Once players have committed to a team please note that no refunds will be given.

  • All children must be competent in the water (deep water). The pool depth is 1.2m to 1.3m.

  • All teams must have a manager or coach to play.

  • Training on Saturdays (normally around 4pm for 45mins) is optional for individual teams.Coaches/managers need to decide as a team if they will have pool training. There is an additional fee for this which will be charged for the Semester in early Term 1 once Semester 1 dates and trainings are confirmed. The amount is approximately $100.00 per player for Semester 1 (Term 1 and Term 2)

  • Player Fees for SEMESTER 1 (Term 1 & 2) competition is approximately $175.00 NB - fees have not been set by Harbour Waterpolo yet and will be determined on the start date. 

  • Payments are due via KINDO once fees have been confirmed. Notification will be sent once this is available for payment.
