Community Events are usually run by non-profits or public bodies, open to the wider community with minimal fees, aiming to educate or benefit the public. Examples include cultural festivals, health fairs, and public meetings.

The fee disparity reflects community events' potential public benefit, which might earn them reduced rates, while private events, being more exclusive and commercial, often pay more to cover full facility costs.
