Fundraising opportunities during the Netball Season at the Multicultural Centre

The Multicultural Recreation and Community Centre Charitable Trust is excited to announce the return of the Multicultural Café, a vibrant hub where ethnic and cultural groups in Christchurch can showcase their heritage through food, art, and community engagement.

Running during the Netball Season, from 3rd May until 23rd August 2025, the Café will be open every Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM, offering a unique opportunity for various communities to come together and celebrate their diversity.

A Platform for Cultural Exchange and Fundraising

The Multicultural Café is more than just a place to enjoy refreshments; it is a dynamic space where different ethnic groups can fundraise while sharing their unique cultures. From traditional dishes and captivating displays to arts and informative presentations, the Café provides a platform for groups to highlight their heritage. It serves refreshments to netball players, spectators, and other visitors during the season's events, fostering a lively and inclusive atmosphere.
