3) Support Packages
If you need ongoing guidance throughout your separation or dispute, a structured support package may help you feel more secure and prepared.
Packages provide:
A set number of support hours
Priority scheduling
Help staying organised, grounded, and informed
Confidence knowing you have support when you need it
Packages can be purchased by:
You directly, or
A family member or friend who would like to support you
This can be especially helpful when someone close wants to offer practical assistance.

4) Accessing StraightForward Through Legal Aid
StraightForward is a private, client-funded service. However, if you have a Legal Aid lawyer, there may be times when your solicitor can request that some of your organisational or preparation work is done through StraightForward as part of your Legal Aid matter. This is decided on a case-by-case basis by your lawyer and must meet Legal Aid requirements, but when available, it can help reduce costs and make the legal process feel less overwhelming.

• By video call (Zoom / Teams)
• In person, at a mutually agreed public space such as a café, library, or community room.
We currently do not host clients at a private office or attend home addresses.
In-person meetings are relaxed, informal, and centered around your needs — and we buy the coffee.
