Staff are encouraged to participate in professional learning and development through departments, subject associations, working alongside colleagues, and through courses and conferences.

For professional learning and development requiring funding, application must be made as early as possible (at least two weeks in advance). Your application will need to discuss the value of the course to you and/or your department and how it fits with your learning goal. It is completed online and needs to be approved by your HOD/Manager

You will receive confirmation once approval has been granted.

Any Conference for PLD where there is a charge for Conference dinner, trips, quiz evenings, etc. the staff member will have to pay the Conference Organiser direct.
