All parents on enrolment of their child to the college are asked about this policy:

Photos are regularly taken of school events and students at work. These are used in school publications such as the prospectus, magazine and newsletter, and also on the school website, Instagram and Facebook page. If you do not wish to have your young person’s photo published please make your child is aware of her responsibility to stay out of photos that are likely to be used for this purpose.

If you are at school events and taking photos these can be submitted to the archive by emailing them to photos@wgc.school.nz or placing them directly into the Photo Archive on W-drive (note that folder and photo names cannot be changed once in the archive).

Our school photographer - INPHOTOGRAPHY will share photos on their website and staff are able to download their class and teams directly.

Photos of classes, teams, clubs, committees etc are archived by the school library at archive.wgc.school.nz (only accessible on the school network).
