Māni Dunlop inducted into the WGC Hall of Fame

Wellington Girls' College - September 22, 2023

The Wellington Girls’ College Hall of Fame was established in 2006. It has many purposes:

  • To raise awareness of the varied successes of WGC old girls by regularly exposing students to successful ‘locally grown’ role models.
  • To give an opportunity for young people to learn more about working for themselves and to enable them to be involved in researching the prospective member.
  • To celebrate the success of past members of the school community in a public fashion.

It was with great excitement that Alumni Māni Dunlop was inducted into the WGC Hall of fame on 13 September.

Māni attended WGC and completed Year 13 in 2008. She went on to New Zealand Broadcasting School where she graduated with a Bachelors degree in Broadcasting Journalism in 2012.  Māni is currently Midday Report Presenter at Radio New Zealand.
