At the recent Blind Sport New Zealand Sport Awards, Belle won the Sportswoman of the Year Award. This Award was presented by Casey Flint (2007 - 2009), Acting National Manager of Blind Sport New Zealand and a former WGC student. And last month, Belle won the Diabetes New Zealand John McLaren Youth Sporting Award.
