Departmental reports are part of the College’s yearly planning cycle and provide scope for constant review, development and improvement. While responsibility for formal written reports rests with Heads of Department, all staff members provide regular feedback in departmental meetings on progress towards meeting departmental goals.

HODs are asked to report to the Board on goals and targets for the previous year, as well as junior and senior achievement using a template which will be provided. Discussion of yearly goals, action plans and targets for the following year starts in August/September coinciding with the preparation of budget requests, and is finalised at the start of the following year.
