In the April school holidays 25 Technology students had the opportunity to experience a 12 day Design Research trip to New York returning home via San Francisco.

The students had the chance to see some of the most dynamic contemporary design in the world. The ever-evolving design scene is home to influential, modern art museums including the Guggenheim, MoMA, Parsons School of Design and Mood.

These dazzling destinations left the students feeling excited and inspired.  From the perfect mix of galleries, museums, exhibitions, shopping and leisure experiences, Industry visits that included All Birds, Xero, IBM (including a demonstration of Watson, their A.I), the trip was a truly exciting experience.

The students all took away memories that were made on the trip.
