Mei is currently working as a journalist for 1News at Television New Zealand (TVNZ)

Prior to her current role, she has worked as a political reporter for Radio New Zealand based in Parliament.   She spent several years working as a producer on the award-winning drive time programme Checkpoint at RNZ.  

Mei has always been interested in becoming a broadcast journalist and lives her life daily immersed in news.
