FREE Triple P Online Parenting Programmes
Whāraurau is pleased to announce that the Ministry of Health has expanded the access of an online whānau wellbeing resource. All whānau across Aotearoa will now have free and easy access to Triple P Online (TPOL) supports.
The following programmes are made available direct to parents via this website.
Teen TPOL - Teen Triple P Online: For parents and caregivers of taiohi, approximately aged 10-16 years. Supports families to create environments to support teenager's development and family wellbeing.
Fear-Less TPOL: For parents and caregivers wanting to help children and/or teenagers get on top of anxious feelings, now and in the future.
Access
Parents and caregivers simply go to this website and select the course they wish to do.

Previously, access to TPOL programmes prioritised whānau in Auckland and Waikato, who were greatly impacted by COVID-19 pandemic measures and the resultant stress and isolation.
Now, due to a shift in the funding focus brought on by the ever-evolving pandemic mitigation measures, free access to this support has been extended to all parents and caregivers across the whole of New Zealand.
