You can view all your payments and receipts through My Portal (formerly Kamar Parent Portal) . If you are unsure of your password, please contact the main office.
My Portal is live and shows fees which are currently owing, as well as all the payments you have made throughout the year. If you select the Financial tab the portal will display the following information:
- Required Payments – what is currently owing (this will be shown in red)
- Unallocated credit
- Payment History – shows a breakdown of what you have paid for and date you paid this
- Receipts – you can download all your receipts as a pdf file and view these onscreen
If you do have a credit on your account, and would like this transferred to a specific fee on your daughter's account, please email finance@wgc.school.nz and advise us what you would like the credit transferred to. Alternatively, if you would like us to deposit this into your bank account, please email us your bank account number and we can deposit this into your account on the following Friday evening by direct credit. Lockers will be allocated once the wānanga classes and wānanga rooms have been finalised.
Car Parking
We offer car parking over the school holidays down the Sports Entrance drive which is off Murphy Street. There is also plenty of parking on the hard surface on the field.
We are currently offering car parking from Saturday 15 December to Monday 21 January 2019 and during term holidays.
The cost is $8 per day and $56 a week. If you would like to hire a car park, please email: finance@wgc.school.nz.
Once payment has been received we will email you a parking coupon for you to display on your dashboard.
School Based Items and Students' Accounts
If you would like to prepay your daughter's 'School Based Items' please click here and you can tick the items you wish to pay . This will generate an email to our Finance department so that they will know what you are paying for.
You are unable to pay over this site, but our bank account number will be displayed so that you are able to pay by internet banking through your online banking. Alternatively you can download the 'School Based Items' list and complete and scan as a pdf or take a photo of this and email to: finance@wgc.school.nz.
Please check My Portal towards the end of January; as it will display under the Financial tab what has been charged to your daughter's account. You can also view all your payment history and receipts on My Portal.
