A tablet, VisTab, is at the main office to record staff who leave school during the day. There is also a link in the WGC App (SchoolAppsNZ) to sign in and out. If teachers are going to be off site at any time during the day, it is their duty to sign out indicating the time that they are away. This becomes a register in the event of an emergency.

Staff who are on-site during weekends or holidays should sign in and out using the WGC App, or by following the link on 4Staff (where there is also a link to allow you to see who else is on-site).
