Students may use the school premises at weekends, after school and holidays, but only under the supervision of a member of the teaching staff or a designated coach. Staff are expected to be on site with the students in case of an accident or incident.

If staff know that they are working with groups of students after hours they must inform the Property Manager via Property Support email specifying the time and area in which the student will be working.

Care MUST be taken to ensure that all doors remain locked and that the security of the building and site is preserved.

Students who are not involved in a teacher/coach lead activity must vacate the premises by 3:45pm.
