The school's photo archive is on W-Drive. Three year's worth of photos (and a few videos too) are stored here. Staff and students are encouraged to take photos of school events and put them in the archive; they can add folders and files but not edit or delete them (details). Previous years' archives going back to 2002 are stored elsewhere and can be accessed through IT Support.

Recent staff photos are in the Teacher Photos folder on T-Drive.

Student ID photos are in Kamar, and can be copied from the details screen.

Photos can also be submitted to the archive by emailing them to photos@wgc.school.nz.

The history of the school is being compiled in a digital archive. This can be accessed within school only, or through FortiClient VPN, using this link: http://archive.wgc.school.nz/ . There is also an icon link on the 4Staff page of the school website for easier access. The archive contains collections of photos and publications, including the annual school magazine, The Reporter.
