Adams House Prize Giving Celebrates Success
The Leavers' High Tea followed the tradition of recognising the achievements of boarders through out the year. This year an invitation was extended to the parents of the leavers, and staff were delighted that they all attended.
This was a special evening and one that has followed the format of high teas of yesteryear. The inclusion of parents for the first time was an important step, as we acknowledged their special input into their sons while they have boarded at Adams House. For most it was their last Adams House event, we hope that they have enjoyed the ride. For these families it was the end of a longstanding relationship with Adams House and for some that link spanned over 10 years.
Leavers were profiled, each received an Adams House tie from Mr Clark and a red rose from the Matron to present to their mothers with a firm handshake and a hug for the fathers.
