On Tuesday the 28th of February Addington school had the top team visit us.
Top team is a sporting event for school for helping kids get active, and lean to work together as a team. We split our whole school across 15 activities into 30 groups which rotated around all of the activities. The activities are team building and working together challenges, some of them were wet activities. It was a lot of fun.
This is what some of our teams said, “It was Good”, “It was Really hot”, “Awesome”, “Fun”, “It was quite educational” and “It was sporty”
An example of one of the activities is a pipe and you have to cover up the holes in the pipe, two people pour water in and you try to fill up the pipe without the water escaping. The Teams won points. The winners were Team 9 with 1st place and they were quite happy.
We can’t wait for the top team in 2024.
