Location: South West Baptist Church Hall

FRIDAY 13th March

5pm - We will be welcomed into the facilities and then get ourselves set up for the evening

6pm - Pot Luck Dinner

7pm - Evening activities: games, waiata, making poi, rakau and using koikoi.

SATURDAY 14th March

@8am Breakfast and clean up

@10am Poroporoaki and Farewells

What to bring:

  • Mattress/Stretcher/airbed

  • Sleeping Bag/Duvet/Sheet

  • Pillow

  • Something to sleep in

  • Clothes for the Morning

  • Basic Toiletries - toothbrush and paste, face cloth etc (no showering facilities)

  • As a family - a dish for potluck dinner and a packet of biscuits for supper

  • We would also need your help with sending in materials to help us make

  • Poi – Pillow in ok condition that’s not being used, spare wool and white plastic bags

  • Ti Rakau – magazines

Breakfast and drinks provided / Utensils and Plates are also provided

This is a family event - we can’t accommodate students attending on their own. You could make your own arrangements for your child to attend and to be supervised by another whanau. In attending adult whanau members take responsibility for the medical, health and behaviour needs for their child (ie brings required medication, is prepared for bed wetting).

Please come into the school office and fill in the form if you are keen to come.
