We have received provisional notification from the PPTA of members' intention to hold a nationwide strike on Wednesday 20th of August.  This strike action follows a breakdown in bargaining for the Secondary Teachers' Collective Agreement.

As a result, Albany Junior High School will be closed on this day.

Sports games will continue as scheduled.
