Food Tech Fusion Burgers - Year 9

This week our Year 9 Food Tech students have been personal chefs to some of our lucky staff who were the ‘client’. Our students created a ‘Fusion Burger’, which was a combination of one chosen and one randomly selected country.

They worked with their client to design a unique and nutritious Fusion Burger.

Well done to all the classes - they were absolute stars working so hard on their trial run and the final products. We should open our own AJHS burger joint!
