Sports Photos
Photo Life will be in school on Monday 9th of October (1st day of Term 4) to take photos of our Sports groups, Music groups, Council and a number of other groups.
Photos will be taken in the school gym throughout the day.
Students will need to take responsibility for attending their photo(s) at the correct time as there will not be announcements during the school day. A reminder will be sent to students in the last week of the school holidays. The reminder will include the required uniform for each of the photos.

Sports Opportunities:
Year 7 and 8 Intermediate Equestrian Ribbon Day
Papatoetoe Pony Club are hosting their annual Intermediate Schools Ribbon Day on Monday 6th November 2023. Please email alex.wansink@ajhs.school.nz for more information.
Year 7 - 10 Golf
If you currently play golf and have a handicap, there is a Year 7 to 10 Golf Zone Day coming up in Term 4. Please email jo.monkton@ajhs.school.nz if you are interested in attending this zone day.
Year 7 and 8 Softball Players
We are a few players short of entering our AJHS intermediate Softball Team into their Term 4 competition. Games are played on Thursdays after school at Rosedale Park. There will also be one training a week taken by Harbour Softball coaches - also at Rosedale Park.

Year 9 and 10 Girls Touch Rugby
We are looking for more Year 9 or 10 girls to play in our college girls touch rugby team. The team plays on Tuesdays after school in Term 4, and will have one training a week.

Year 7 and 8 Water Polo Term 4
We are always keen on new players who are wanting to play water polo in our AJHS B team. The team trains on a Monday after school, and games are Friday nights both at AUT Millennium.

Year 7 and 8 Table Tennis Term 4
Registration is now open to play table tennis for AJHS in Term four. Teams compete at North Harbour Table Tennis on Wednesday nights between 5-7pm.

Year 8, 9 and 10 Tennis Players
Registrations are open for the Term 4 tennis competition, played after school on Mondays over 5 weeks. Players must be able to play tennis (serve from the baseline, rally and know how to score).
