North Harbour Science Fair 2023

On the 1st September, after many months of designing, testing and analysing the results from their projects, a group of AJHS Year 8 students set up their stands at Massey University, Albany.

The young scientists were interviewed by a team of judges during the morning, then they returned to school while the judges made their final decisions later in the day. 103 projects from ten schools were entered in the Science Fair this year and the standard of work was very impressive.

We were extremely happy to learn that eight of our students had won prizes.

On the evening of Tuesday 19th September the awards were presented at NorthCross Intermediate School.

Many congratulations to Mrs. Helen Haine and her students for their hard work and their amazing results.
