School Board: Parent Mid Term Election 2023

AJHS will be undertaking a mid term parent election for 3 School Board vacancies. AJHS Board Members commit to a 3 year term. (For more information about becoming a Board Member click here). 

We welcome a broad range of backgrounds and skills, and you do not need to be an AJHS parent/caregiver to be on the Board - you just have to be nominated by a current AJHS parent/caregiver.

Whilst having governance experience is great, no previous board experience is necessary.

AJHS has employed CES to undertake the election process on our behalf. Nomination forms will be emailed to you. If we don’t have your email, you will receive it by post. Nomination papers are also available from the school office (although the school office will be closed during the holidays and will open again on Monday 9th October). If completed applications are physically dropped into the school office, AJHS will send them on to CES for processing.

Nominations close on Wednesday 11th October at 12 noon. Election day is Wednesday 15th November 2023.
