At 5pm please meet in the following spaces
Years 1-6 - Junior hub
Year 7+8 - Matariki
Year 9 - Matariki
5.30pm
Year 10 - Matariki
Years 11-13 Please meet in Room 14 with Mr Brittenden, Mr Kumar and Ms Tainui
Following these sessions (approximately an hour), we invite our families to join us for a School Community BBQ on the field. The school will provide the cooking tools (BBQ’s) and utensils for families to bring their food and cook on, meet the teachers and generally catch up with everyone.
A reminder that for family events such as these, we have an alcohol and smoke free policy.
VOLUNTEERS AND HELPERS
We are very fortunate to have a supportive community who regularly support our teaching programmes both in and out of the classroom, particularly around Camps, sports trips and cultural activities.
Volunteers must be Police vetted as part of our school health and safety procedures. The office has forms available. A police check takes up to a month to process.
Please find attached a copy of our ‘Volunteer Form For all EOTC activities
Please print off, fill in and send to the Office.
This is completed once per year (unless you notify us of changes in circumstance) and we keep on file for the year. This way you are not having to fill in forms every time you volunteer to support an event.
