Last Friday our kaitiaki (gardener) Dani harvested the pumpkins from the Food Forest with some keen Garden Club ākonga (learners). There were 45!

The Garden Club would like to run a fundraiser. We would love 45 people to sign up to pay $10 each. The pumpkins will be randomly numbered 1-45 and each person will get a computer generated random number from 1-45 to match them with their pumpkin. Weights range from around 970g to 9.7kg. You may get a bargain, you may not! 

All proceeds will go back into creating cool gardening opportunities for APS ākonga.

In the future we hope to be sharing plenty of Food Forest produce with our school whānau for free but while we are still building up our gardens this year we will run this little fundraiser with our best crop.
