Hello Everyone, for those who don’t know me, my name is Charlotte Rhodes. I have been elected as Amberley School’s Head girl. I’m so excited to do stuff around our school, and am looking forward to working with our team of Head Students. I have been at Amberley School since I was five years old, and really liked getting involved with lots of things happening around the school.

I enjoy playing sports (although I definitely need some more practise) and started playing basketball last year in one of our school teams. Out of School I enjoy playing football, so you might end up finding me kicking a ball around in my spare time. Other than that I like to write and also help out with my mum’s horse.

I have many goals that I would like to achieve as Head Girl this year. I’d mainly like to improve our native garden areas, and I believe our Head Boy is interested in that as well. I would also like to keep up learning Maori in our classrooms, we’re starting to get into it and I think it’s really great.

Kind regards - Head Girl for 2017
