A big thank you to Maungatere for coming to our learning space this past week. We enjoyed making rain with our science experiment with you all. 

We filled a glass with 3/4 of water, then Mrs Lotz and Mrs van den Heuvel sprayed the shaving foam on top. We then had some coloured water in our test tubes. With our dropper (pipette) we got the coloured water and dropped droplets onto the cloud (shaving foam). After awhile, the cloud became saturated and too heavy ...... you guessed it ....... it rained. This is called precipitation. 

Thank you for letting us share our experiment with you. Mrs S's room and our buddy class did lots of observations and talking. We love to learn with our buddy class.
