Ethan - for thinking about the team rather than yourself and stepping back to allow others to participate when you were given the first chance. This shows awesome PRIDE, and a strong sense of Integrity in particular.

Harvey - for showing independence and ingenuity by getting on with your speech writing at the beginning of term so that you have plenty of time to complete it. You are a great independent worker.
