Campbell Harding —

Introducing Mr Harding, who will be teaching in Te Moana.

Hello everybody, my name is Campbell Harding and I will be working in Room 10 this term with Mrs S. I’m a new teacher, so I’m really looking forward to being part of such a great school community.

I grew up travelling all over the world, but I consider myself a Dunedin boy at heart. I studied Law at Otago University, but eventually decided that practicing it wasn’t for me. Instead I joined the army, looking for adventure and some exciting new experiences. Over three years as a rifleman I got plenty of both,  but most of all my time in the  army taught me the values of perseverance and patience. Lots of patience.

Since I left the army, I've studied at the New Zealand Graduate School of Education and taught on placement at schools all around Christchurch.

At Amberley I'm going to be teaching two days a week in Room 10, and next term I will be taking over for Mr T in Room 11 when he moves to China. I can't wait to get to know everyone and I know we're going to have a great year together.

Kia kaha,

Campbell
