Hindi lessons for Term 3 at Amesbury School

Urs Cunningham —

Hindi classes for Term 3 will now be resuming, if there are enough registrations to make the classes possible.

The Hindi lessons are run by the Wellington Hindi School, and are organised by the head teacher, Sunita Narayan.

The classes run once a week on Thursdays, from 3:15 - 4:15pm. Lessons are held in in the Karaka suite (orange carpet) of Koru Hub. Please note that we need at least 10 -12 students registered to make these classes possible. If there are fewer than 10 enrolments, the classes will not run this term.

Registration for the programme will cost $45 per child for the term of lessons. This is a great opportunity for our community to further develop cultural knowledge which is beneficial for our tamariki (children) in preparing them for tomorrow’s global challenges.

If your children have previously attended these Hindi classes, Sunita will contact you to confirm registration for Term 3. If your children have not attended classes and you are interested in registering or finding out more about these classes, please email sunita.d.narayan@gmail.com.

Warm regards,

The Amesbury team
