Carrot Slice

A healthy slice from Inaya + Whānau.

Ingredients

Base

  • 1 cup roasted oats

  • 2 carrots

  • 1/2 cup almonds

  • 1/2 cup dates

  • pinch of nutmeg

  • vanilla essence

Topping

  • 1/2 cup soaked almonds

  • 1 tbsp tahini/ nut butter

  • dash of any milk

  • vanilla essence

Method

  • Grind and spread out the base ingredients in a dish.

  • Blend topping ingredients together.

  • Spread the topping and refrigerate. Enjoy it chilled.
