Carrot Slice
A healthy slice from Inaya + Whānau.
Ingredients
Base
1 cup roasted oats
2 carrots
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup dates
pinch of nutmeg
vanilla essence
Topping
1/2 cup soaked almonds
1 tbsp tahini/ nut butter
dash of any milk
vanilla essence
Method
Grind and spread out the base ingredients in a dish.
Blend topping ingredients together.
Spread the topping and refrigerate. Enjoy it chilled.
