Sugar-free Pancakes
A sugar-free alternative for Sunday mornings! - Zara + Milan
Ingredients
2 cups self-raising flour
2 cups milk
2 eggs
2 tablespoons butter (melted)
Method
Add all ingredients into a bowl and whisk until smooth.
Heat a fry pan over medium heat and grease lightly with butter.
Pour batter into a fry pan to desired size.
Once bubbles appear, flip over and cook until golden brown.
