A sugar-free alternative for Sunday mornings! - Zara + Milan

Ingredients

  • 2 cups self-raising flour

  • 2 cups milk

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 tablespoons butter (melted)

Method

  • Add all ingredients into a bowl and whisk until smooth.

  • Heat a fry pan over medium heat and grease lightly with butter.

  • Pour batter into a fry pan to desired size.

  • Once bubbles appear, flip over and cook until golden brown.
