Oreo Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • fresh cream 300ml 

  • cream cheese 250g

  • blender   

  • 20g butter (blended)

  • sugar 20g

  • 32 oreos (2 packs)  

  • round tray

  • mixer

Method

Base

  • First, open the oreo packets and put 24 cookies in the blender (if they cannot fit, put half and put the other half after - leave 8 cookies).

  • Second, turn the blender on and wait until there are fine pieces.

  • Third, take out the oreos and mix with melted butter.

  • Then, pour mixture into a round tray and press down gently.

  • Next, put tray in the fridge to keep cold.

Top

  • Get a mixer and pour in the fresh cream.

  • Then set the mixer to level 2 and slowly pour sugar when the mixer is on.

  • Next, mix for 3 minutes.

  • Turn off the mixer and add cream cheese. Mix for another 2 minutes until it has thickened.

  • Also, take out the cheesecake base from the fridge and pour the mix from the mixer into the round tray on top of the base. 

  • Then, crack the remaining oreos from the base making and put them in the tray to mix.

  • Flatten the mix so the top is all smooth and even.

  • Then, leave the tray in the fridge overnight.

  • Finally, take the tray from the fridge and your Oreo cheesecake is done!
