Oreo Cheesecake

Ingredients
fresh cream 300ml
cream cheese 250g
blender
20g butter (blended)
sugar 20g
32 oreos (2 packs)
round tray
mixer
Method
Base
First, open the oreo packets and put 24 cookies in the blender (if they cannot fit, put half and put the other half after - leave 8 cookies).
Second, turn the blender on and wait until there are fine pieces.
Third, take out the oreos and mix with melted butter.
Then, pour mixture into a round tray and press down gently.
Next, put tray in the fridge to keep cold.

Get a mixer and pour in the fresh cream.
Then set the mixer to level 2 and slowly pour sugar when the mixer is on.
Next, mix for 3 minutes.
Turn off the mixer and add cream cheese. Mix for another 2 minutes until it has thickened.
Also, take out the cheesecake base from the fridge and pour the mix from the mixer into the round tray on top of the base.
Then, crack the remaining oreos from the base making and put them in the tray to mix.
Flatten the mix so the top is all smooth and even.
Then, leave the tray in the fridge overnight.
Finally, take the tray from the fridge and your Oreo cheesecake is done!
