Co-curricular Lessons
Are your tamariki interested in taking up any of our co-curricular lessons this year?
Co-curricular lessons begin in Week 3 so sign up as soon as possible if you are interested.
We have a range of opportunities to participate in small group or individual music, drama, and communications skills with specialist teachers and we currently have spaces available.
- Guitar & Ukulele
- Keyboard
- Violin
- Drums
- Speech & Drama
- Communications Skills
- Rhythmic Gymnastics - available again
- Singing/Vocal - new in 2024
- Recorder, clarinet or saxophone - only available if we get sufficient numbers
We were also planning to have dance lessons, however, Olivia is currently unwell so we will hold it over with a start date at the beginning of Term 2.
See here for more details about the teachers and programmes for the new lessons.
There's something for almost everyone. Whether your child has never tried any any of these activities before or is looking to advance their already accomplished skills, here is a great opportunity to do so and it all happens at school and within school time.
If you know nothing about our co-curricular lessons please have a look at the details on our website.
Some classes have limited numbers of spaces available, so if you are interested or you require more information please contact John at communications@amesbury.school.nz.
