Banana Yoghurt Muffins

A tasty favourite of Zara & Milan's!

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cup self-raising flour

  • 1/4 cup caster sugar

  • 1 cup natural yoghurt

  • 1 egg

  • 2/3 cup vegetable oil

  • 2 large bananas, mashed.

Method

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees, Bake setting.

    Lightly grease 12 hole muffin tray.

  • Sift flour and sugar into a bowl.

  • Combine yoghurt, egg, oil and banana in a large bowl. 

  • Gradually add dry ingredients. Stirring until just combined.

  • Spoon mixture into muffin tray. 

  • Bake for 25 minutes or until golden on top and when a skewer is inserted, comes out clean.
