Banana Yoghurt Muffins
A tasty favourite of Zara & Milan's!
Ingredients
1 3/4 cup self-raising flour
1/4 cup caster sugar
1 cup natural yoghurt
1 egg
2/3 cup vegetable oil
2 large bananas, mashed.
Method
Preheat oven to 180 degrees, Bake setting.
Lightly grease 12 hole muffin tray.
Sift flour and sugar into a bowl.
Combine yoghurt, egg, oil and banana in a large bowl.
Gradually add dry ingredients. Stirring until just combined.
Spoon mixture into muffin tray.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden on top and when a skewer is inserted, comes out clean.
