Success at Grenada North Park

Tuesday afternoon saw our Year 4-6 athletes take on the Northern Zone Cross Country event at Grenada North Park. Despite a touch of chill in the air and a bit of mud underfoot, the weather played its part, allowing for a fantastic afternoon of running.

Once again, our amazing ākonga displayed incredible determination and gave it their absolute all on the course. It was wonderful to witness their efforts and the way they embraced the challenge. Every single student who participated deserves to feel incredibly proud of their efforts! Photos from the day can be found here.

We also extend a huge thank you to all the parents who came along to support our runners. Your help and encouragement around the course made a real difference to the atmosphere of the event.

Congratulations to the following students who achieved a top ten placing at the event and therefore qualify for the Interzone cross country are: Bailey, Annabel, Luca, Ethan, John & Basti.
