It makes me jealous that school wasn't like that when I went.
We held our final Share & Celebrate for Term on the last day of term. Given that it was the last day of term we also presented our Amesbury Awesomeness Awards to an excited audience.

Uniform:
Next term is a sunhat term! Students are required to wear a named Amesbury School sunhat when outside next term - this includes during all breaks and while outside during school time. Sunhats are $15.00 and can be purchased via Kindo. Please order in advance so there's time to collect and clearly label before they are needed. You will be emailed when your order is ready to collect. Orders can take up to 24 hours to be processed so any submitted overnight or in the morning before school starts will not be issued at the beginning of a day.
Sunhat orders will only be available to collect after school so they can be taken home to be named. Children without sun hats will need to stay in the designated shaded areas during break times.
Absence due to holiday
For absences for a week or more due to holiday or travel during term time, parents are required to contact the Principal in writing. This should be well in advance of the holiday/time away from school. Please also advise the office in advance of any holiday absence extending into Term 4.
