Amesbury School

You all should have received nomination forms for parent representatives on the Board of Trustees which have been posted out this week.

Additional nomination forms are available at the school office - we can also obtain these in Te Reo, Samoan, Tongan, Simplified Chinese and Tagalog (Filipino). Please email gail@amesbury.school.nz if you wish to receive the form in any of the above languages.

If you are deciding whether to stand or you want further information you are urged to go to: www.trustee-election.co.nz/becoming-a-trustee/

The electoral roll is available for inspection at the office.

A list of candidates will be posted on the noticeboard near the reception area as and when they are received. Nominations close at noon on Friday 24th May

Should an election be required it is proposed to hold a forum to Meet the Candidates Wednesday 29 May. More details after the nominations are closed.

Please do consider whether you would like to contribute to your local community and school by standing for election to the Amesbury School Board of Trustees.

Until next time have a great week.
