St Brigid's Kapa Haka Festival - Helpers Required

Saturday 24th September 2022 - Amesbury, with the support of Onslow College is this year's very proud hosts.

Ngā mihi (thanks) to everyone who has already filled in the form to volunteer their help on Saturday 24th of September. Unfortunately, without the further assistance of you, our school whānau, we can not organise such a significant event. We are expecting over 1000 people throughout the day and are still significantly short on helpers.

Each two-hour block requires a minimum of 15 whānau in addition to our kaiako (teachers). The range of tasks includes cooking sausages on the bbq, selling food, organising parking at the school, ushering at the Hall (opening/closing doors), and stage crew (closing/shutting curtains). You won't be left alone because a kaiako will be supervising each of these tasks.

11-1pm: We need 6 people for this time block

1pm-3pm: We need 12 people for this time block

3pm-5pm: We need 13 people for this time block

Please kindly fill out this form so that we can make this event a success and also to raise as much money as we can to commission someone to design and make Pou for the new building at Amesbury School which is to everyone's benefit.

Ngā mihi.
