Gear List:

Please find the gear list attached.

Travel:
On Monday 5th December, we will travel by bus from Amesbury School to El Rancho, leaving at approximately 11:00am. Given that we are not departing until 11:00am, we ask that students arrive at school between 8:30am and 8:45am as per usual. We will then check we have all students present, check that they have their gear and engage in some pre-camp activities.

On Friday 9th December, we will travel by bus from El Rancho to North City TenPin in Porirua where we will play some games of bowling. Then, we will travel by bus back to Amesbury School in the afternoon. We will be arriving back at Amesbury at approximately 4:30pm.

Important notes:
Please remember that the morning of camp is often a busy time for teachers and thus we will not be able to engage in long conversations with you on Monday morning. If you would like to speak with a teacher regarding the camp, your child’s medication or anything else, please ensure you have emailed them prior to Monday morning.

Please ensure that your child has morning tea and a packed lunch for Monday. Our first meal at camp will be dinner on Monday evening so please make sure your child has ample food for the day.

Please ensure that all medication is in a labelled bag. Your child can hold on to this themselves unless you have instructed them to pass it to a teacher on Monday morning.

Cost:
We have confirmed the costs for the camp which total$300. Thank you to those parents that have paid the camp cost in full. If you are yet to do so, please head onto Kindo and pay the remaining balance as soon as you are able to.
