School Fundraiser: lunch & afternoon tea - Monday, 19th February

We are hosting a professional development session next Monday afternoon and as a fundraiser for school, we'll be doing the catering for lunch and afternoon tea. It will be for approximately 50 people and we are looking for help either in providing some food items or helping with preparation of food. Food can either be made at home or shop bought.

The link below will take you to a form where you can submit your offer of help - any help you can offer would be hugely appreciated.

POLi internet banking now available in the School Shop

Internet Banking with POLi is here!  POLi provides an alternative to Account2Account, and is used by many large NZ businesses and government departments. Learn more about POLi here and see here for a "How to".

You can now choose to pay for items via your myKindo account using debit/credit card, by internet/phone banking or by Account2Account or POLi (managed internet banking).

Mini Ball: Expressions of Interest

We are looking for expressions of interest of students (both boys and girls) who would like to play Miniball (mini-league basketball) this year in Terms 2, 3 and 4. Each term, we will re-register teams so you do not need to commit to all three terms. We will also require coaches and managers for this to go ahead. Complete the form here to register your interest and please contact Georgia (georgia@amesbury.school.nz) if you have any questions.

Koru Hub Request: As a part of Koru Hub's Passion Projects we were wondering if any builders out there had some scrap wood suitable for kids to bang nails into, saw, and create with. If you do, please deliver to Koru Hub where it will be gratefully received.

Scholastic Lucky Book Club brochures will be coming home in the next few days.

ICAS please read Urs's article here if your child is interested in ICAS exams.
