DreamWorks exhibition here we come!

Harakeke Hub will be heading to Te Papa to visit the DreamWorks exhibition, hurrah!

As part of our inquiry around Living Together, Harakeke Hub has organised a trip to Te Papa's DreamWorks exhibit on Friday 4 March.  In a few weeks' time the hub will be creating story boards and scripts for short stories based around relationships and living together. In preparation for this, we felt a trip to see how experts go through this process was in order!

We will be leaving school at 9:15 and returning to school at approximately 1pm. Children will need to be prepared for a half day at Te Papa, with enough food and drink to fuel the excitement. We will be back at school for lunch.

The cost of the trip will be $12 in total, covering  the $6 exhibition entrance fee and the cost of bus transportation to and from town. The cost of this trip will be added to students' school accounts. We would like to invite parents and caregivers to join us to help supervise child in small groups to enhance their experience. Please email me (daniel@amesbury.school.nz) if you intend to accompany us.

Kind regards,
Daniel Miller
