Opera in Schools Programme
Students were transfixed yesterday by the cast as they sang Donizetti’s 'The Elixir of Love' opera...
The characters and story were introduced, then the opera was performed in English by fantastic young singers, who are on their fourth week on tour.
After the performance (their 30th of this opera) there was an opportunity for students to respond to the performance and ask the cast questions. There was a lot of interest in the set!
