Here they are photographed with Author/Illustrator Craig Phillips who kindly donated his graphic novel - ‘The adventures of Jack Scratch’ to our Library.

His previous graphic novel ‘Giants, Trolls, Witches, Beasts’ recently won the Russell Clark Award for Illustration at the Children’s book awards last Wednesday.

It was an honour and a great experience for the children to meet and talk with him. 

It is always a privilege to welcome new students and their families to Amesbury School with a powhiri. We welcomed 21 new students on the 6th of August!
